The CampGetFit Foundation is a 501(C) (3) organization that has the purpose to promote nutrition and fitness education and training for America’s youth, and to work with other organizations to foster our common objectives.
The CampGetFit Foundation seeks to provide underserved school age children with fitness and nutrition programs that will help to instill a commitment to healthy living for a lifetime. This knowledge can be taken into their communities to positively affect the health and wellbeing of their families, other children, and the entire community.
Since 2006 Healthy Kids and Teens has been in existence and thanks to the CampGetFit Foundation has been able to expand its programs to reach hundreds of students in the Memphis community with a healthy lifestyle message. The Healthy Kids & Teens’ Get Fit and Live Healthy Program reach over 500 elementary, middle and high school students weekly. Our sponsored Get Fit Clubs aid students in sustaining their learned health behaviors, and helps them to motivate fellow students to live healthier, more active lives.

- Peer Interaction
- Family Support
The CampGetFit Foundation is committed to provide funding for fitness and nutrition programs that serve school age youth. Every child deserves to be instilled with the knowledge of how to live a life free from the ravages of childhood obesity.
We seek to empower kids and teens with the knowledge of how food fuels the body, and why daily food choices and daily exercise are key to meeting their own personal goals. To foster and maintain a healthy mind and body students must learn the basics of eating and selecting healthy food choices, and exercising daily.
